for those of you who doesnt already know, germany has certainly one of the most stupid regulations for the use of lights on bicycles. all bikes have to use a bicycle dynamo instead of "road bikes" under a weight of 11 kilograms - they are allowed to use batterie powered lights. a "road bike" is defined by its dropbar and it´s weight. all other bikes, even if they are also under 11kg, have to use a dynamo. so how dumb is that?! this satirical video from the tv programme
